Boyce starred in Descendants 3 as Cruella de Vil’s son Carlos. The movie premiered one month after the tragic death of the star.
The two-minute tribute featured the 20-year-old during his time on Jessie alongside Debby Ryan, and behind the scenes of Descendants.
“Everything you are, every smile, every laugh, every dance, every hug, every moment, everyone you touched … you mean everything to us,” text throughout the tribute reads.
How did the Descendants 3 star die?
The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner confirmed the death of Boyce because of epilepsy on the 6th of July.
The coroner said in a statement: “The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner determined the cause of death for actor Cameron Boyce was sudden unexpected death in epilepsy.”
“On July 8, an autopsy was performed, and the cause and manner of death were deferred.” The star’s “manner of death was certified as natural,” the coroner confirmed.
