Apparently, the Dayton shooter drove to the scene with his sister, Megan Betts, who is a victim out of 9 others killed.
Connor Betts who is 24, shot Megan, 22, in an open fire on a crowded street in Ohio at almost 1 am.
Before the attack, police says that the siblings drove together with a mutual acquaintance in their dad’s Toyota Corolla to the nightlife district. After their arrival, the trio split, giving Connor the chance to grab his AR-15-style rifle and open fire.
Betts gunned down the first of the victims near a tattoo parlor, then moved towards Ned Peppers Bar. He fired with a rifle equipped with a double-drum magazine with a 100-round capacity.
Cops fatally shot Betts after 30 seconds of his attack, but in that short period of time, he killed nine people and wounded 27 more.
Megan Betts was one of 9 victims, and the other eight were identified by the police: Lois Oglesby, 27; Saeed Saleh, 38; Derrick Fudge, 57; Logan Turner, 30; Nicholas Cumer, 25; Thomas McNichols, 25; Beatrice Warren-Curtis, 36; and Monica Brickhouse, 39.

“We will never know how many lives were saved,” Gov. Mike DeWine said at a Sunday afternoon press conference. “The assailant was obviously very, very close to being able to kill dozens and dozens more people.”
